It all started in Oaxaca, Mexico, a land renowned for its textile heritage and a profound connection with nature. Under the expert guidance of textile anthropologist Julio Dominguez, in the fields and workshops of Santo Tomás Jalieza, we came to understand the true essence of clothing and tradition. Through the use of Coyuchi cotton, cherished since ancient times and still thriving today, we uncovered the natural colors that emerge directly from the earth, treasures from a bygone era.

While living in Tulum, Kathia noticed that expensive garments often lacked ethical practices, from their materials to their sources. Driven by a desire to dress with intention and respect for the Earth, she set out to create what she had long been searching for—wearable art that not only feels like a second skin but is also rooted in ethical artisanry.
Her collections are born from a commitment to mindful production, using natural fibers and processes that honor the planet and the people behind each piece. This endeavor was inspired by a profound need to start a purpose-driven project that was deeply rooted in the heart, enhancing and celebrating the rich vitality of our culture.

Bianca, with an extensive background in the textile industry, decided to blend her expertise in hospitality and culinary arts into her textile endeavors.
