Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — all tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kathia@qatorze.eu with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

When returning your item, please ensure it is properly packaged to avoid any damage in transit. To be on the safe side, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please share your tracking number with us via email so we can follow up on arrival.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, we offer a store credit note valid for 3 months, redeemable on any item in our online shop — no shipping fees included.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the garment shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration of any kind.

A note on artisanal nature

Each Qatorze piece is woven from Coyuchi cotton — a naturally pigmented, handwoven fiber that is entirely unique by nature. Slight variations in texture, weave, and color tone are an inherent part of what makes your piece one of a kind, and are not considered defects. We invite you to embrace them as such.
